医学生科研态度及影响因素分析

Medical students' attitude toward scientific research and the influencing factors

目的:探讨医学生科研态度现状及其影响因素。方法:采取分层整群抽样方法以班级为单位进行问卷调查。结果:学生科研兴趣在不同年级呈显著性差异(P=0.003),主动了解科研的在年级(P<0.001)、专业上呈显著性差异(P<0.001)。医学生科研态度的限制因素主要在于学生对科研缺乏了解和学校缺乏相关的激励机制。结论:医学生对科研的了解影响其科研兴趣,学校需进一步完善激励机制。

To understand scientific attitude and its influencing factors among medical students,the stratified cluster sampling in class was performed to conduct the survey with a self-designed questionnaire. Students＇ research interest was significantly different between grades. There were significant differences in the initiative between students with different professional and in different grades. Some strategies should be performed to further improve the cognitive of scientific research among medical students and to adjust the incentive mechanism appropriately.
