Investigation and Practice of entry criteria to clinical practicum in anesthesiology

目的:建立麻醉学专业临床实习准入制度,探索考试方法的改革。方法:对实习前麻醉学专业学生进行多站式临床技能和理论考核,成绩进行对比分析,试行实习前准入制度。结果:客观结构化临床考试效果好,学生自我评估与实际考试成绩具有相关性。结论:临床实习准入制度是推行"阶段式"考核的有益尝试,有助于提高临床实习质量,保障医疗安全。

Objective： To set up entry criteria to clinical practicum in anesthesiology. Methods： A total of 181 anesthesia students received objective structured clinical examination and theory examination before they are allowed to start practicum. Total scores and individual scores in each station were analyzed. Results： The total OSCE scores of the 181 students had good pass rates and an associativity relationship could be found between the real scores and the estimated scores. Conclusion： Entry criteria to practicum are a worthwhile attempt to the reform that promotes staged examination and elevate the quality and safety of clinical practicum.
