摘要
目的:设计以病例为基础的教学方法(CBL),并在心内科临床教学实践中进行验证和评价。方法:在教学中引入CBL,经教师引导,进行小组讨论,对比在传统临床教学中存在的问题与不足,以师生反映及考试成绩作为评价体系。结果:该教学法深获师生好评,学生临床实践能力的提高。结论:该教学方法切合临床心内科实践教学实际,有效可行。
Objective: To design the leaching method of Case-Based Learning( CBL) and verify as well as evaluate its effectiveness in the teaching practice of clinical cardiovasology. Methods: A new teaching method-CBL was introduced on the basis of summarizing the problems and shortcomings in the teaching of clinical cardiovasology. Students raised questions centering on the typical cases and discussed under the guidance of the teacher by team. Teaching effectiveness was evaluated with test results and student and teacher evaluation. Results: CBL received favorable feed-backs from students and teachers. Test results obviously improved in the CBL groups.Conclusion: CBL is a feasible approach to teaching cardiovasology.
