摘要
目的探讨比较PBL教学结合质量管理活动的方法与传统带教法在优质护理病区带教工作中的效果。方法选取2010年1月-2012年12月实习的护理专业学生80例为研究对象,随机分为A组(传统带教组)40例和B组(PLB-QC组)40例,4周后将两组学生的理论考核分数、操作考核分数、护生满意度、患者对护生满意度进行统计及比较。结果 B组的理论考核分数、操作考核分数的良好率均高于A组,护生满意度也好于A组,而患者对护生满意度也高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 PLB-QC教学法较传统带教法在优质护理病区临床护理带教中的效果要更好,值得推广应用。
Objective Compared the teaching effect of PBL teaching combined with QC activity method and traditional teaching method in the high quality nursing ward. Methods 80 probationer nurses were Chosen as the research object from January 2010 to December 2012, and randomly divided into group A(traditional teaching group)and group B(PLB-QC group), 40 probationer nurses of each group. These probationer nurses were taught with different methods according to the different group. After four weeks, the theory examination score, operation assessment score, protection of life satisfaction and patient satisfaction with nursing students were compared between the two groups. Results The score of group B were higher than those in group A,and there were significant differences(P〈0.05). Conclusion PLB-QC teaching method is better for probationer nurses teaching compared with traditional teaching in the high quality nursing ward, which is worthy of popularization and application.
