MMP-11在胆囊癌中的表达及临床意义

The Expression and Significance of MMP-11 in Carcinoma of Gallbladder

目的:探讨MMP-11蛋白在胆囊癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法测定胆囊癌和良性病变组织中MMP-11的表达。结果:胆囊癌组织中MMP-11阳性表达率为76.67%,明显高于良性病变组织中MMP-11表达率20.00%(P<0.05)。MMP-11与胆囊癌的Nevein分期有关。结论:MMP-11的表达可能与胆囊癌的浸润转移有关。

Objective：To study the expression of MMP-11 and its significance in carcinoma of gallbladder. Methods：The expression of MMP-11 was examined in tissues of carcinoma of gallbladder and benign tissues by immumohistochemistry. Results：The positive rate of HMGB1 in carcinoma of gallbladder was76. 67% which was significantly higher than 20. 00% in benign tissues（P〈0. 05）. The expression of MMP-11 in carcinoma of gallbladder was related to the Nevein stage of carcinoma of gallbladder. Conclusion：Expression of MMP-11 may be related to the invasion and metastasis of gallbladder carcinoma.
