当前经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的研究热点
摘要
近年来,ACC/AHA协同五个其他学术团体发表了对血管重建的试用标准[1],与药物治疗比较,PCI可以降低4年心血管再重建和死亡率的负性结果。有直接的数据表明,主要心脏和脑血管事件在使用缺血指南组比非使用缺血指南组发生率低。
