摘要
随着电力需求的不断增长,高升压比DC-DC变换器的需求也不断增大。提出了一种新型的高升压比DC-DC变换器,该变换器基于两个围绕LC电路的全桥结构使其工作在增幅谐振状态,实现电容电压导数为正,以此来达到升压的目的,而不需要变压器的参与。详细介绍了该变换器的拓扑结构,分析了该变换器的工作原理,对该变换器建立了数学模型,并给出了变换器的设计步骤,最后在Matlab/Simulink平台上搭建了仿真模型。仿真结果表明:所提出的升压DC-DC变换器将4 kV升压到80 kV,升压比达20,因此具有很高的升压比。
With growing demand for electricity, the needs of high step-up DC-DC converter are also increasing.This paper proposed a novel high step-up ratio DC-DC converter. In order to achieve the objective of boosting, the converter is based on two full bridge around a LC circuit to realize the positive capacitor voltage derivative, and without the transformers. This paper introduced the converter topology in detail, analyzed the operating principle of the converter, established the mathematical model of the converter and presents the design steps of the converter, at last set up a simulation model on Matlab/Simulink platform. The simulation results show that the proposed step-up DC-DC converter boosts 4 kV to 80 kV, and the step-up ratio reaches 20, therefore it has high step-up ratio.
