摘要
针对容错三相六开关逆变器故障重构后的三相四开关逆变器,对其3种基于不同等效零矢量构造方法的空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)策略内在联系进行了研究。首先介绍了三相四开关逆变器的结构和工作原理,然后给出了这3种SVPWM策略的设计实现方案,并基于"五段式"序列,采用PWM规则采样法得到3种策略两相调制函数。通过研究表明,3种SVPWM策略两相调制函数都是相同的两个相位相差π/3的正弦波。最后,仿真和实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。
For three-phase four-switch inverter reconstructed by fault-tolerant three-phase six-switch inverter,research on relationship among its three SVPWM strategies based on different way to obtain resultant null vector have been done. At first, the topological structure and working principle of three-phase four-switch inverter are introduced. Then,methods to effectuate the three SVPWM strategies are given, modulation functions of the three SVPWM strategies are obtained through PWM regular sampling method, on the basis of five-segment sequence. Research shows that the modulation function of all the three SVPWM strategies is two sine waves whose phases are separated by π/3 electrical angle.Finally, the validity of the theoretical analysis is verified by simulation and experimental results.
