摘要
给出了一种软开关全桥Boost变换器的参数设计方法。该变换器利用变压器漏感与电容谐振实现开关管软开关,是调频控制型变换器。变换器的软开关运行受限于谐振频率和开关管驱动信号。详细介绍了变换器的参数设计流程,并根据课题需要进行了实例设计,最后利用PSpice软件仿真验证实例设计结果的正确性。
The parameter design method of a soft-switching full-bridge Boost converter was proposed in this paper.The full-bridge Boost converter was one kind of frequency modulation converters, and the main switches' soft-switching was achieved using the resonance between capacitance and transformer's leakage inductance. The main switches' softswitching was limited by resonant frequency and drive signals. The process of the converter's parameter design was well described. One example was given, and its correctness was verified by PSpice.
