摘要
宽范围输入范围反激电源设计困难,但是针对实际应用中对辅助电源的需要,使用电流控制型脉宽调制芯片OB2269,设计了一款300~1 000 V的超宽输入的反激辅助电源。其输出有12 V/3 A、-12 V/0.5 A、24 V/2 A 3路直流输出。给出了该电源关键参数的计算及主要功率器件的选型,并通过实验样机给出了开关管电压波形,输出电压波形。计算了该电源的主要损耗,得到了输入电压与电源效率的曲线。实验结果表明,该电源具有输入电压宽、效率高、输出稳定等优点,可应用在具有超宽输入范围的电源中。
Wide input voltage range power supply is difficult to design,but aiming at the requirement of auxiliary power supply used in practical application, using current control type chip PWM IC OB2269, the flyback auxiliary power with the super wide input voltage 300~1000 V was designed. It provides three DC outputs of 12 V/3 A、-12 V/0.5 A and 24V/2 A. The calculation of key parameters and the type of power devices were provided. Using the experimental prototype,the waveforms were also provided. Main loss was calculated and the curve of input voltage and efficiency was provided. The result of the test indicated that the power supply has the advantage of super wide input voltage, stable and high efficiency. It can be used in the super wide input voltage range power supply.
