区域自动气象站故障分析与排除

Failure Analysis and Elimination of Regional Automatic Weather Station

分析蕲春县区域自动气象站近2年的故障实例,得出雨量计堵塞是最主要的故障。通过对全县25个区域站进行6个月的对比试验观察,发现在雨量计内涂抹润滑脂(俗称黄油)可防止昆虫堵塞仪器。同时总结区域站建设、管理和维护方面的经验,指出气象部门应结合本地区气候,社会需求及设备稳定和安全进行建站;建立定期巡视和维护机制,确保数据的准确性;加强与站点所在地政府或农户合作管理、维护区域自动气象站,实现互赢。

The failed instances of regional automatic weather stations of Qichun County in recent two years were analyzed,and it＇s found that rain gauge block was the main fault.By the contrast experiment observation of regional stations for six months, it＇s concluded that daubing grease in the rain gauge can prevent insects from clogging instruments.Meanwhile the experience of regional station construction,management and maintenance was summarized,and it＇s pointed out that meteorological departments should combine the local climatic,social needs and stability and security of the equipment to build stations ;To establish mechanisms of regular inspections and maintenance can ensure the accuracy of the data;To strengthen cooperation with local government where the station is or manage with the farmers together to maintain regional automatic weather stations would achieve mutual win.
