实施中期评价作为土地利用总体规划的一个反馈过程,能有效地反映出实施期间规划的落实情况以及取得的效益情况,可根据其反馈的信息,及时对规划后期的方向及内容进行针对性地调控,促进规划的有效实施,并为相关政策的制定提供依据。文章探讨了土地利用总体规划实施中期评价的指标与方法,以河池市为例进行了综合评价,得出的结果为良好,最后分析了河池市规划实施取得的成效和存在的问题,并提出了规划后续实施的相关建议。

The implementation of the mid-term evaluation as a feedback process of land use overall planning,can effectively reflect the implementation and benefits achievement of planning.According to the feedback information,the direction and content of the late planning can be adjusted timely, so as to promote benign development planning, and to provide basis for the formulation of relevant policies.The index and the method of the mid-term evaluation of implementation of the overall planning of land use were discussed.TakinglHechi City for an example,a comprehensive evaluation was conducted, and the results were good.The results achieved and the existing problems of the implement of planning were analyzed, and the related proposals of the plan period were also put forward.
