面向区域的科技信息服务实践及服务体系构建

Service Practices and the Service System Construction of the Science and Technology Information Oriented to the Region

中国科学院成都文献情报中心面向区域社会经济的发展开展了诸多科技信息服务,其区域科技信息服务因服务对象不同而划分为面向具体客户、面向某类客户群、面向特定行业、面向区域公众这4种类型;其主要建设方式为自上而下政府主导、自下而上用户驱动、需求调研顶层设计;其管理方式为项目管理、任务管理、合同管理;其区域科技信息服务架构、组织与管理、服务策略、多元化产品设计的实践都值得其他信息服务机构借鉴。

Chengdu Documentation and Information Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences has developed lots of science and technology information services oriented to the development of the regional society and economy. Because of different service objects, its reginal science and technology information services have divided into four kinds：science and technology information services oriented to specific customers, oriented to certain type of customer groups, oriented to specific industries and oriented to the regional public.Its main construction modes are the government leading from the top to the bottom,the user driven from the bottom to the top and the top design of the requirement investigation. Its management modes are the project management, the task management and the contract management. Its service structure, the organization and management, the service strategy and the pluralism product design are worth for other information service organizations for reference.
