摘要
建立了梯度离子色谱-抑制型电导检测器分析蜂蜜中有机酸含量的方法.采用CarboPac AS11分离柱对分离条件进行了优化,确定柱温为30℃、淋洗液为梯度洗脱的KOH溶液,抑制器电流为45mA.在1~10.0mg·L-1范围内各有机酸呈良好线性,回收率、检出限、精密度均满足要求.检测了各种蜂蜜中的有机酸含量,效果良好.
The ion chromatography method was developed for the determination of organic acids in honey with conductometric detector.The separation was carried out on CarboPac AS11 column using diluted KOH solution,the column temperature under 30℃,and suppressor electic current 45mA.The linear ranges of organic acids were 1 to 10.0mg ·L-1,and spike recoveries rates the detection limits and the RSDs were meet determination requirements.This method is applicable to the determination of organic acids in honey.
