蒙古国纵横油田原油脱水用破乳剂筛选和复配

摘要 根据蒙古国纵横油田现场预新建原油存储、脱水临时性站点一座的情况,开展对原油热化学脱水情况进行药剂筛选工作。针对纵横油田ZH-03-02井的原油样品(低硫中间基-石蜡基原油),分别筛选了3类共10种水溶性破乳剂,并对采出水达标处理,进行药剂的筛选和配伍性研究。 According to the scene of the Vertical and Horizontal Oil Field of Mongolian,there is about to build a new temporary station for crude oil storage and dehydration to carry out the demulsifier selection work on the situation of crude oil thermochemistry dehydration.In order to make the study of demulsifier selection and compatibility,3 types of 10 kinds of water solubility demulsifier are tested for dehydrating a representative low-sour intermediate-paraffinic crude oil and dealt with the produced water standard from the ZH-03-02 well of Vertical and Horizontal of Mongolia.
