穴位注射治疗儿童哮喘疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of acupoint injection in treatment of childhood asthma

目的:观察穴位注射对儿童哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将179例哮喘患儿随机分为穴位注射组(治疗组)、针灸组和对照组,对照组59例接受常规治疗,针灸组60例在常规治疗基础上配合针灸,治疗组60例在常规治疗基础上配合穴位注射,比较3组患儿的临床控制率、总显效率和总有效率。结果:治疗组的临床控制率、总显效率和总有效率均高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射治疗儿童哮喘操作简单,效果良好,值得推广。

Objective： To obselve the curative effect of acupoint injection in treatment of childhood asthma. Methods： A total of 179 children with asthma were randomly divided into aeupoint injection group （treatment group） , acupuncture and moxibustion group and control group： 59 children in control group were treated with conventional therapy, 60 children in aeupuncture and moxibustion group were treated with conventional therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion, 60 children in treatment group were treated with conventional therapy combined with acupoint injection; the clinical control rates, the total obvious effective rates and the total effective rates in the three groups were compared. Results： The clinical control rate, the total obvious effective rate and the total effective rate in treatment group were statistically significantly higher than those in the other two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： The operation of acupoint injection is simple in treatment of childhood asthma, the curative effect is good, and the method is worth popularization.
