摘要
STAT3信号通路在细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡和血管生成等方面起着重要作用,进而在肿瘤的发生发展机制领域被广泛研究。然而,近年来发现,STAT3还具有调节炎症反应的作用,使得对炎症性疾病---脓毒症发病机制的研究取得了极大的进步。现对近年来STAT3在脓毒症发病机制方面的研究进展进行综述,以帮助人类找到防治脓毒症的新的思路和策略。
STAT3 signaling pathway plays an important role in multiple cellular functions such as cell proliferation , differentiation , apoptosis and angiogenesis , therefore its mechanism in developing tumor has been widely studied .In recent years, however, we found that STAT3 plays a role in the regulation of inflammatory reaction , which greatly improved the investigations of the pathogenesis of sepsis.In this review, the progresses of STAT3 in the pathogenesis of sepsis in recent year are reviewed , in order to help human to find new ideas and strategies for the prevention and control of sepsis .
