New Idea for Intelligent Distribution Network Planning and Operation Based on the Maximum Power Supply Ability

摘要 配电网作为城市供电的基础设施,其装备水平的优劣决定了供电能力强弱,影响着城市的供电安全。本文主要论述了配电网供电能力理论、智能配电网快速转供网络的能力、配电网规划在容载比与效率方面存在的问题及供电能力优化下的规划新方式。 Power distribution network is the infrastructure of city power supply, whose equipment level determines the power supply ability and affects the city power safety. This paper mainly discusses the theory of network power supply capability, the ability of intelligent power distribution network quickly turn to network, the problem between capacity-load ratio and efficiency in distribution network planning and the new way of planning about the power supply capacity optimization.
