目前电力通信管理压力越来越大,电力通信运行维护管理系统,将能有效改变电管理困难的局面,运用该技术将提高电力通信运行的质量,提高管理的水平,提高企业经济效益。所以有必要对电力通信运行维护管理系统进行设计与实现,从而真正实现管理水平的提高。
