300MW循环流化床热控测量元件安装调试研究

摘要 循环流化床锅炉是一项洁净煤燃烧的技术,它有其自身特征。如某电厂2X300MW的循环流化床锅炉,它的燃煤电机组可以说是一种低污染、高效的燃煤技术,但是存在很多不足之处,严重影响元件测量功能。本文主要论述了300MW循环流化床锅炉的结构特点,优化调试热控测量元件中不足之处的方法,安装调试循环流化床锅炉时的注意事项。 Circulating fluidized bed boiler is a kind of clean coal combusting technology, which has its own characteristics. Take a 2X300MW circulating fluidized bed boiler for example, the technology of burning coal is less-polluting and high-efficiency, but it also has many disadvantages and deeply affects the function of element measurement. This paper introduces the characteristics of the structure in 300MW circulating fluidized bed boiler, puts out the methods to improve the measure of thermal control measuring element and the matters needing attention of installing the circulating fluidized bed boiler.
