浅谈海原县巩固退耕还林成果基本口粮田项目建设

On the Construction of Basic Grain Ration Farmland Project to Consolidate the Achievement of Returning Farmland to Forest in Haiyuan County

随着海原县退耕还林政策补助陆续到期,部分退耕农户生计将出现困难。因此退耕还林成果基本口粮田建设显得尤为重要。本文就此提出一些建议。

As the subsidies of returning farmland to forest policy is expiring, part of the returning-farmland farmers＆#39; livelihood will have difficulty. So the construction of basic grain ration farmland is particular important. This paper puts forward some suggestions about the construction of the basic grain ration farmland.
