基于代建人视角的代建工程风险评价

Agent Construction Risk Evaluation from the Perspective of the Agent

代建项目是一种新兴的工程建设形式,由于目前法律法规缺失以及代建人自身经验不足等问题,代建项目风险较大。因此,对代建项目进行风险评估有着重要意义。本文首先分析了代建项目面临的风险因素,并采用一定的原则构建了基于代建人视角的风险评估指标体系;然后通过专家打分构造判断矩阵,最后利用层次分析法和灰色综合评价法对代建项目风险进行科学和客观的评估。通过将灰色理论引入代建项目评估,实现了代建项目风险的科学判断,为代建项目的风险管理提供依据。

Agent construction project is a new form of engineering construction. Due to the lack of laws and regulations agent＆#39;s lack of experience, the agent construction project risk is great. Therefore, the agent construction project risk assessment has important significance. This paper firstly analyzes the risk factors facing the agent construction project, and uses certain principle to construct the risk assessment index system from the perspective of the agent. Then the judgment matrix is built by expert scoring, and finally by using analytic hierarchy process and grey comprehensive evaluation method, scientific and objective evaluation for the project risk is done. By introducing grey theory construction project evaluation, scientific judgment of the agent construction project risk is implemented, which provides basis for the agent construction project risk management.
