With the development trends of social and economic globalization, China＆#39;s automobile production enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition environment, and the logistics cost control is becoming the key link to reduce automobile production costs. This paper discusses the main problems of logistics cost management in automobile production enterprises, proposes effective cost control measures in order to minimize the enterprise management costs and create greater economic benefits.
