摘要
自2009年起,后金融危机时代,珠三角地区再次遭遇了"民工荒"难题,许多劳动密集型行业普遍遇到招工难问题。本文站在人力资本角度,分别从政府、企业、民工自身三层面进行阐述,为解决此现象问题提出了相应的建设性方案,通过结合企业、社会和农民工自身这三者因素的必要性,对农民工人力资本的投入扩大化。
From 2009, which can be regarded as the age of financial crisis, the Pearl River Delta of China once again encountered a shortage of rural labor. Many labor-intensive enterprises suffered from the short supply of the rural workers. This paper stands in the angle of human capital, which is discussed from three aspects including government, enterprises and rural labors, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The only way to solve the "shortage of rural labors" must have to get together three factors with enterprises, society and rural labors, finally, strengthen the rural labors human capital investment.
