超临界无水染色可视化研究综述

摘要 超临界无水染色是一种新型染色技术,具有不用助剂,工艺流程短,染色介质可循环使用,无染色污水排放等优点,符合规划中对节能减排的要求,所以以生态观念研发新技术和新设备,成为印染发展的趋势。由于可视化技术的应用提供了有效的方法来模拟和研究超临界无水染色的内部染色过程和机理并从中挖掘出有效信息,因此,此技术适于在超临界无水染色系统中广泛推广。 Supercritical anhydrous dyeing is a new dyeing technology, and it has advantages of without promoter, short technological process, recycling of dyeing medium, and wastewater discharging without dyeing and so on, which meets the requirements of energy conservation and emissions reduction in the programme. So researching and developing the new technology and new equipment with the ecological concept becomes the trend of the development of the printing and dyeing. The application of visualization technology provides effective method to simulate and research the inner dyeing process and mechanism of the supercritical anhydrous dyeing and excavate the useful information, so this technology is suitable for wide promotion in the supercritical anhydrous dyeing system.
