本文介绍了投资回报率的概念及计算方式,以及目前BIM投资回报率的分析。运用TeklaBIM在具体项目中的应用阐述了其对于建筑业企业生产力发展,同行业竞争优势扩大方面的作用。
This paper introduces the concept and calculation of the return on investment, as well as the analysis of the current BIM＆#39;s return on investment. It also expounds the influence of TeklaBIM in aspects of developing the productive forces and becoming more competitive with the application of it in the project.
