所谓三大管理,是指"全面预算为目标、内部市场化为手段、信息化为支撑和载体"的三位一体化现代管理模式。本文对企业借鉴实施"三大管理"提出可行性建议。
The ＂Trinity Management＂ is a modern management mode, which means ＂comprehensive budget as the goal, internal market as the means, information as the support and carrier＂. This paper puts forward the feasible suggestions for the enterprises to reference and implement the ＂Trinity Management＂.
