本文运用BCG矩阵法,着眼专业结构,通过分析地方本科院校专业特点和转型现代职业教育的困境,根据社会需求和专业竞争力构建四类专业组合矩阵,探讨了如何归并、并合理投放有限的办学资源,助力地方本科院校转型现代职业教育。

By using BCG matrix method, focusing on professional structure, this paper constructs four types of specialty portfolio matrix according to social needs and specialty competitiveness through the analysis of specialty features of local undergraduate colleges and dilemma of transformation to modern vocational education, discusses how to merge and reasonably deliver the limited educational resources and support the transformation to modern vocational education of local undergraduate colleges.
