禽胚性别鉴定方法的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 禽类性别鉴定方法依其生理阶段可划分为出壳后鉴定与出壳前鉴定两大类,前者主要包括禽类外观鉴定法、雏禽伴性遗传法及雏禽翻肛鉴定法三种,雏禽翻肛鉴定法应用最为广泛,其次是雏禽伴性遗传法。由于禽类不同性别的生产效益差别显著,且禽类产品生产量巨大,在种蛋孵化早期甚至孵化之前就能够鉴别出其性别,并对不同性别的种蛋进行合理处理,不仅可降低孵化成本,减少孵化过程的资源浪费,还可避免出雏后处死不受欢迎的雏禽而违背动物福利的指责。
