摘要
为了分析评价和优化改进规划方案,建立了以功能耦合度为评价目标的城市地下空间详细规划方案评价方法体系.从功能类型、开发规模、空间布局以及相互联系4个方面建立了3层次11项底层指标的城市地下空间详细规划方案评价指标体系,提出了地下空间功能类型多样性、地下空间容积率、地下空间开发强度一致性等评价指标,并在指标设计中采用了ShannonWeaver指数、变异系数等数学方法.同时还提出了基于层次分析法与熵值法组合权重赋值方法的综合评价方法.最后以无锡市城市地下空间详细规划为实例进行分析评价,评价结果表明,该方法能反映技术方案样本的特征差异,可有效评价方案的合理性.
The evaluation system for urban underground space detailed planning is built to analyze and improve the planning scheme,the target of which is based on the function coupling degree. First,the detailed planning evaluation index system is established from four aspectthe function types,the scale and quantity of development,the spatial arrangement and the intercommunication, which includes 3 levels and 11 underlying indices.The evaluation indices for underground space such as the diversity of functional type,the volume ratio,and the consistency of development intensity are put forward.The Shannon-Weaver index and the coefficient of variation are applied to index design.Then the comprehensive evaluation method is obtained,which is based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP)and entropy method combining weight assignment for evaluation indices.Finally, the urban underground space detailed planning cases of Wuxi city are analyzed and evaluated.The evaluation results show that the proposed method can reflect the differences in scheme samples,and evaluate scheme rationality effectively.
