摘要
通过对南水北调河南受水区城市供水现状、发展现状进行分析,识别城市自备水源和调蓄、应急措施是影响配套工程实施的主要因素,并提出配套工程实施方案编制的主要任务,选择科学合理的方法进行城市需水量预测,确定配套工程实施规模、自备水源留存规模、调蓄应急设施规模,以保证各受水城市配套工程实施后的高效安全。
Through analyzing the city water supply and development status of Henan Reception Basin of the South-to-North water diversion project, it was recognized that the city' s self water source, regulation and storage capacity and emergency measures were the main factors affecting the auxiliary engineering implementation. The main tasks of compiling auxiliary engineering implementation scheme were proposed. The scientific and reasonable method should be chosen to forecast the city water demand, and the scale of auxiliary engineering implementation, the scale of remaining self water source and the scale of the emergency facilities for regulation and storage should be confirmed to guarantee the highly effective security after the auxiliary engineering implementation of each reception city.
