Engineering Practice of Printing and Dyeing Wastewater Treatment Based on Magnetic Biological Process

摘要 某印染公司废水处理工程属于提标工程,采用调节/厌氧水解/深井曝气/二沉(加磁粉)/外排的工艺处理印染废水。工程经过4个月的调试,现已正常运行,处理后的出水pH值为6—9、COD200mg/L、SS≤100mg/L、色度≤80倍,达到了《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287--2012)的要求。该工程应用了磁生化技术,处理效果良好,值得推广。 The wastewater treatment project of a printing and dyeing company is an upgrading pro- ject, and the combined process of equalization, anaerobic hydrolysis, deep well aeration, secondary sedi- mentation (adding magnetic particle) and discharge is used to treat the printing and dyeing wastewater. After four months of commissioning, the project has operated normally. The pH, COD, SS and color of the treated effluent were 6 to 9, ≤ 200 mg/L, ≤ 100 mg/L and ≤ 80 times, respectively, meeting the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry ( GB 4287 - 2012 ). This project adopts the magnetic biological technology with good treatment effect, and it is worthy of promotion.
