摘要
采用内循环厌氧反应器(IC)-氧化沟工艺处理某豆制品厂2 000 m3/d的豆制品废水。工程实践表明,系统总的COD去除率达98.3%,出水水质满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的一级排放标准。其中IC反应器出水COD<350 mg/L,COD去除率>91%,同时在进水氨氮浓度约为25 mg/L时,由于厌氧氨化作用,出水氨氮浓度达到50 mg/L以上,氨氮增加率达到120%。
The internal circulation (IC) reactor/oxidation ditch process was used for the treatment of 2 000 ma/d wastewater from a bean product plant. The construction practice indicated that the total COD removal rate of the system reached to 98.3% , meeting the first class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996). The effluent COD of IC reactor was less than 350 mg/L, and the COD removal rate was more than 91%. Moreover, when the NH3 - N concentration of influent was 25 mg/L, because of the anaerobic ammonization, the NH3 - N concentrations of effluent was more than 50 mg/L, meaning the NH3 -N increase by 120%.
