Practice of Partition Block Management Mode of Water Meters in Shunde

各供水企业都拥有一个庞大的水表体系。随着水资源短缺以及供水企业对提高效益、节能减排的重视,供水产销差问题逐渐受到关注。为促进水表管理的规范化、精细化和制度化,有效降低产销差,顺德供水采用了分区块的模式对五个镇街约32万个水表实行了系统管理,模式分为两类,即区域流量计区块管理模式和居民水表区块管理模式,用以实现压力管理、产销差控制、完善水表档案等。

Each water supply company has a bulky system of water meters. With the shortage of water resource and the importance of water supply companies in improving efficiency and energy conservation, the non-revenue water is attracting increasing attention. In order to promote the standardization, refinement and institutionalization of water meter management, and reduce the non-revenue water effectively, Shunde water supply company utilizes the partition block mode to achieve the systematic management of approximately 320 000 meters in five towns. The mode is divided into regional meter block management and resident meter block management, which may achieve water pressure management, non-revenue water control, meter archives improvement and so on.
