湿度对烟蚜茧蜂和菜蚜茧蜂羽化率及寿命的影响 被引量:8

The Effect of Humidity on Emergence Rate and Longevity of Two Aphid Parasitoids,Aphidius gifuensis( Ashmaed) and Diaeretiella rapae M'Intosh

摘要 为探讨湿度对烟蚜茧蜂和菜蚜茧蜂两种蚜茧蜂羽化率及寿命的影响,研究了不同湿度下烟蚜茧蜂和菜蚜茧蜂的饲养效果。结果显示,在相对湿度45%~85%区间内,烟蚜茧蜂的羽化率随湿度的增加而升高,最高达96.67%;而菜蚜茧蜂的羽化率随湿度增加而降低,最高羽化率达92.33%。烟蚜茧蜂在相对湿度85%时,寿命最长,约9.6 d;菜蚜茧蜂在湿度为75%时寿命最长,约6 d。研究结果表明,烟蚜茧蜂和菜蚜茧蜂分别在相对湿度75%~85%和45%~55%时羽化率最高,分别为92%~95%和89%~92%。相对湿度为65%~85%时,烟蚜茧蜂寿命最长,可存活9 d。菜蚜茧蜂在湿度为75%时存活时间最长,约6 d。两种蚜茧蜂在同一湿度下,雌雄寿命无显著差异。 Aphidius gifuensis and Diaeretiella rapae were feed under different humidity to research the influence of humidity on emergence rate and longevity of them. The results showed that the emergence rate of A. gifuensis increased with humidity’s increase in the relative humidity 45% ~85%, up to 96. 67%; and the emergence rate of D. rapae decreased with humidity’s increase, the highest emergence rate was 92. 33%. The longevity of A. gifuensis was longest, 9. 6 d, in the relative humidity 85%. The of D. rapae was longest, 6 d, in the relative humidity 75%. The results showed that the emergence rate of A. gifuensis and D. rapae was the highest in the relative humidity of 75% ~85% and 45% ~55% which respectively were 92% ~95%and 89% ~92%. When the relative humidity was 65% ~85%, longevity of A. gifuensis was longest, about 9 d. D. rapae could survival longest, about 6 d in humidity 75%. There was no significant difference between male and female’ s longevity when the species kinds were in the same humidity.
