基于SWOT分析的湿地公园建设条件研究——以贵州安龙招堤国家湿地公园为例

Research on Construction Conditions for a Wetland Park Based on SWOT Analysis——Taking Zhaoti National Wetland Park in Anlong,Guizhou as an Example

本文运用SWOT分析法,以贵州招堤国家湿地公园为例,系统地对其建设条件进行了优势(S)、劣势(W)、机遇(O)、威胁(T)剖析,设计了其SWOT战略分析矩阵,提出了具体行动计划与对策,表明招堤具备建设国家湿地公园的基础条件与发展机遇,但亦面临一定的挑战。

In this article, the SWOT analysis method was adapted to analyze construction conditions of , Zhaoti National Wetland Park in Anlong, Guizhou province. Strength （S）, Weakness（W）, Opportunity（O）and Threat（ T） to construction conditions for Zhaoti wetland park were systematically analyzed, and its SWOT stra-tegic analysis matrix was designed. Detailed action plans and countermeasures were also proposed. It was suggested that Zhaoti had the basic condition and developing opportunities for building up a National Wetland Park while facing several challenges.
