摘要
本文较系统地介绍了利用贵州橡籽资源进行食用精制淀粉和面条工业化生产的工艺,由于其生产流程和设备的不断改进,橡籽淀粉和面条的质量和产量有较大提高,达到了出口创汇的要求,提高了贵州橡籽的利用价值和经济效益。
This paper systemically described the process of industrialized production of refined edible starch and noodles from acorn resource of Guizhou province. Due to the continuous improvement of the production processes and equipment, the quality and yield of acorn starch and noodles had been improved greatly, which had met export requirements. These techniques greatly increased the utlization value and economic benefits of acorn.
