Since the year of 2001, China coal industry had a golden 10 years development and then what the following years would be going on. From the domestic policy and the international economic environment affected to the development of the coal industry, a study was conducted on the development tendency of China coal industry. Hard days for the coal industry possibly would be continuously kept for several years. Therefore a worst intention should be prepared in order to handle all possibly occurred and would be better than the crisis soon passed over by an optimistic conjecture.
