摘要
国有煤炭企业中层管理干部的甄选方法,一直沿用的是党政领导干部的甄选方法,在实践中暴露出很多问题。在借鉴古今中外中层管理干部甄选方法的基础上,提出了未来煤炭企业中层管理干部甄选方法设计的整体思路,并初步提出了煤矿矿长评价标准的甄选方法及流程,为国有煤炭企业改进中层管理干部的甄选方法提供了借鉴意义。
A selection method of middle-lever cadres in the state owned coal enterprises always adopted the selection method of the Party and Governmental cadres and had many problems exposed from the practices. Based on the selection methods of the middle-lever management cadres in ancient and modern as well as at home and abroad, the paper provided a completed idea for the selection method design of the middle-level management cadres in the future coal enterprises and preliminarily provided the selection method and procedure of the coal mine manager evaluation standard, which could provide reference significances to the selection method improvement of the middle-lever management cadres in the state owned coal enterprises.
