利用双标图筛选棉花创新种质研究 被引量:3

摘要 试验选用不同遗传背景的棉花种质材料,按照6×5NCⅡ设计进行双列杂交,采用GGE双标图法对30个杂交组合的产量数据进行分析。结果表明:(1)亲本97G1、99-68、05N205、97-668(审定名称‘冀668’)和02N95一般配合力(GCA)较高,02N109和02N97的一般配合力相对最低;05-1441和97G1是区分能力和代表性最好的亲本。(2)特殊配合力(SCA)较高的组合有99-68×02N95、05N205×97-668、07-1495×02N95和05-1441×02N97。(3)99-68是父本97G1、02N97、02N95的最佳组配母本,07-1495是父本642的最佳组配母本,05-1441是父本‘鄂荆55173’的最佳组配母本,05N205是父本97-668的最佳组配母本,02N95是07-1495、99-68的最佳组配父本,97-668是05N205的最佳组配父本,02N97是05-1441的最佳组配父本。经过筛选评价,发掘出创新种质资源6个,分别是99-68、97G1、97-668、05-1441、05N205和02N95,为棉花新品种选育储备了有价值的骨干亲本。 This paper reports the analysis of a 6×5diallel cross of different genetic background of cotton germplasm using GGE biplot to screening which parents had high general combining ability(GCA),discriminating ability and representativeness,and the combinations specific combining ability(SCA).The results indicated that 97G1,99-68,05N205,97-668(Ji668)and02N95had high general combining ability(GCA),while 02N109 and 02N97owned lowest combining ability.05-1441 and 97G1were the best parents in terms of both discriminating ability and representativeness.The combinations with high SCA included 99-68×02N95,05N205×97-668,02N109×02N97,07-1495×02N95,05-1441×02N97etc.99-68 was the optimum female parent for97G1,02N97 and 02N95as well as 07-1495 for 642,05-1441 for ‘Ejing55173',05N205 for 97-668.02N95 was the optimum male parent for 07-1495 and 99-68 as well as 97-668 for 05N205,02N97 for 05-1441.99-68,97G1,97-668,05-1441,05N205and02N95 had been screened as backbone parental for cottonbreeding.
