摘要 为了明确秃疮花种子的萌发特性,研究了不同的温度条件以及不同浓度的KH2PO4、GA3和6-BA溶液浸种处理对秃疮花的种子萌发的影响。结果表明:秃疮花种子萌发的最适温度为变温(25℃12h,15℃12h),发芽率为84%。0.10%-0.40%KH2PO4处理对秃疮花有促进作用,浓度为0.20%时最高,发芽率为91%;赤霉素对秃疮花种子萌发有促进作用,发芽率在赤霉素浓度为100mg/L时最高,比对照提高了12%;不同浓度6-BA浸种对秃疮花种子萌发效果不太显著。在变温(25℃/15℃)、100mg/L赤霉素条件下,秃疮花种子发芽率可达92%。 In order to clarify the seeds germination characteristics of Dicranostigmaleptopo dum,this experiment studied the different temperature conditions and using the different concentrations of KH2PO4,GA3 and 6-BA to soak those seeds.The results showed that the best cultivate temperature was variable temperature(25℃12h,15℃12h),the germination rate reached 84%.0.10%-0.40%,and KH2PO4 could promote the germination rate.When the concentration was 0.2%,germination rate improved obviously.GA3 could also improve the germination rate.When the concentration was 100mg/L,the germination rate was the highest and was 12%higher than that of the control.The promoting effect of different concentration of 6-BA wasnt significant.At the variable temperature(25℃/15℃)and with the 100mg/L of GA3,the germination rate of D.leptopodumreached 92%.
