摘要
为了研制出一种防治棉花黄萎病的玫瑰黄链霉菌Men-myco-93-63营养型片剂,本试验利用单因素和双因素方差分析法筛选其氮源、碳源和粘合剂,并在田间试验评价该片剂对棉花黄萎病的防效。结果表明:片剂中载体硅藻土与玫瑰黄链霉菌Men-myco-93-63种子液最适质量体积比为2∶1,碳源为蔗糖,浓度15%;氮源为花生饼粉,浓度为15%;粘合剂聚乙二醇6000或玉米淀粉。制备的片剂重量差异符合标准,含菌量3×107cfu/g,含水量2%,杂菌率为1%,4℃真空条件下保存120d,菌含量仍能达到2×105 cfu/g。Men-myco-93-63片剂1.0g/株对棉花黄萎病的防效达到88.66%,皮棉产量达到2245.50kg/km2,明显优于其它对照药剂。生物农药片剂作为一种新农药剂型,具有很高的应用潜力。
In order to develop aprevention of Verticillium wilt,Streptomyces roseoflavus Men-myco-93-63-nutrition tablets were detected.The carbon and nitrogen sources and adhesives were screened by single factor and double factors variance analysis.And control effect of the tablets for V.wilt was evaluated in field trials.The results showed that the nutrient tablets of S.roseoflavus Men-myco-93-63 including kieselguhr which was the carrier,and m(kieselguhr)∶V(seed culture fluid)=2∶1,sucrose as the carbon source concentration 15%,nitrogen source concentration 15%peanut powder,the adhesive was PEG 6000 or corn starch.Preparation of tablet weight variation standard,the content of actinomycetes reached 3×107 cfu/g,water content of 2%,and bacteria content was 1%.The tablets saved 120 dat 4℃ vacuum,and actinomycetes content still could reach up to 2×105 cfu/g,Men-myco-93-63 tablets of 1.0g/plant against cotton V.wilt control effect reached 88.66%,the highest of lint cotton yield could reach 2 245.50kg/km2,significantly better than the other control agents.As a kind of new pesticide formulations,nutrient tablets had a very high application potential.
