摘要
为了解禽流感(Avian influenza,AI)疫苗实际免疫效果,采用血凝抑制(Hemagglutination-inhibition,HI)试验,对河北省7市35个蛋鸡场的662份血清样品中的H5亚型Re-4、Re-6和H9亚型禽流感免疫抗体进行了监测。结果表明:河北省蛋鸡群的H5亚型Re-4、Re-6和H9亚型禽流感平均免疫抗体合格率分别为99.7%,99.6%和97.7%。综合变异系数、滴度范围和平均滴度考虑,7市禽流感免疫效果存在差异,邢台市的Re-4、保定市的Re-6和保定和衡水市的H9抗体水平最好。父母代鸡场的整体免疫效果优于商品代鸡场。
The primary examination was performed for understanding the actual immune effect of avian influenza vaccines.662 serum samples were tested for detection of antibodies against the hemagglutinin of H5 subtype Re-4,H5 subtype Re-6and H9 subtypes of AIV using HI assay,which collected from 35 chicken farms of 7cities in Hebei province.The results showed that the average qualified rate of antibody against the hemagglutinin of H5 subtype Re-4,H5 subtype Re-6and H9 subtype was 99.7%,99.6%and 97.7%,respectively.Considering the coefficient of variation,range and the mean titre,there was a certain degree of difference in the immune effect of avian influenza in the 7cities,the best antibody level of Re-4was in Xingtai,Re-6was in Baoding,and H9 was in Baoding and Hengshui.From the whole immune effects,the generation of parents chicken is better than that of commercial hennery.
