摘要
随着时代发展,医院管理队伍建设和职业化研究成为关注焦点,近年来,不少具有卫生管理和多种学科背景的大学生进入医院管理队伍中。本文在此大背景下,结合医院工作实践,对青年管理人员培养现状和方式进行探讨和分析,并给出相应的思路,不断提高培养青年管理人员模式的针对性和实效性。
With the development of healthcare, hospital management team and professional manager training becomes a focus. In recent years, university graduates with major of healthcare management and other majors have participated in hospital management. In the current context, combining with the practice of hospital work, the author discussed and analyzed the present cultivation situation for the young management in hospital and the methods to improve them, at the same time, provided a relevant viewpoint to increasingly strengthen the training pertinence and effectiveness of the training model.
