科研教学援疆工作的实践与思考

Practice and consideration on research and education aiding to Xinjiang

介绍了新疆维吾尔自治区喀什地区第二人民医院在上海援疆专家的指导下,以科教制度和流程的建设为基础,以学科发展和人才培养为主线,通过科研项目和奖项申报、科研论文撰写、继续教育学习班申报和承办、研究生教育和优秀人才培养等手段,加强了医院人才培养,促进了医院科技进步的成效的经验。

In this paper, we analyzed the implementation of research and teaching work under experts guiding from Shanghai in The Second People’s Hospital of Kashgar District. Based on the systems and work process, disciplinary development and talent training were implemented as the key work. By the approaches of applying for research project and awards, writing papers, applying for continued education projects, post-graduate and talents training, the quality of human resources has been continuously improved and the capacity of science and technology also has been promoted.
