摘要
煤矿新工人岗位适应性测试体系是建立在安全人机工程实验室基础之上的一个实验设计。根据安全心理学中气质与安全的关系原理,通过几台测试不同方面的仪器的组合,为特定的煤矿工种进行特定项目的测试,根据被测者的得分,决定此人是否适合某个岗位。这些测试为管理者和被测者提供了一个全面了解被测者的平台,避免盲目分配新工人进入某种岗位,因气质特征不符而造成不必要的人员伤亡和财产损失。
The coal mine workers' job adaptive test system is design an experiment which is based on safety man-machine engineering laboratory. According to the relationship between temperament and safety in safety psychology,make a few test through the combination of different machines. And based on the scores to decide whether the person is suitable for the job. These tests provides a platform to comprehensive understand the participants,avoiding blindly assign new workers for a certain position,and cause unnecessary casualties and property losses for temperament unfitness.
