摘要 为了研究综放工作面采空区"三带"分布规律,以渗流力学、计算流体力学理论为基础,建立三维数学物理模型。以孔庄煤矿7354综放工作面为例,进行综放工作面采空区自燃环境数值仿真研究。研究表明,综放采空区模拟得到的速度场、浓度场和三带划分与现场情况基本符合,论证了仿真技术技术的可行性和有效性。通过比较采取堵漏技术、抽放技术前后三带分布情况,为制定合理高效的自燃防治技术提供了有力的理论支撑。 In order to study three-zone distribution 1aws in mined-out areas of fully-mechanized caving face,based on the theories of seepage mechanics and computational fluid dynamics( CFD),a mathematical-physical model to simulate the flow of air and gas in fully mechanized top-coal caving face was built. Taking7354 working face of Kongzhuang mine in China for an example,residual coal spontaneous combustion was studied. The results show that the wind velocity field,the oxygen and the three zones division obtained using the method of numerical simulation conform basically to the results of actual measurement. The feasibility and effectiveness of the technique of numerical simulation is proved. The comparison of the simulation results with leak sealing technique or gas drainage technology provide a theoretical support for constructing reasonable and efficient technical measures of spontaneous combustion prevention and control.
