东欢坨矿薄煤层综采工作面设备优化配置研究与实践

摘要 随着煤矿开采范围的扩大,薄煤层的开采正规模化地进行,发展薄煤层机械化开采对于开发利用煤炭资源,延长矿井开采年限和实现高效开采都具有十分重要的意义。本文针对开滦集团东欢坨矿倾斜薄煤层开采工艺的特点,从采煤机、运输机和液压支架为一体的防滑、防倒设备技术出发,结合综合机械化开采技术,分析了倾斜薄煤层开采中存在的问题,摸索出了一套快速、安全、可靠的综采面开采工艺,为倾斜薄煤层实现安全高效开采奠定了坚实的基础。 With the extended area of coal mining,the thick coal-seam will be exhausted in many coal mining. The development of grible mechanized mining has important sense for exploitation and utilizing of coal resource,prolomging the age limit of pit exploitation and the highly active exploitation. In this paper,the steep thin coal-seam problems are analyzed,which is focused on Kailuan Group Donghuantuo mine steep thin seam mining technology features,combined with mechanized mining techniques and from the device with non-slip,anti-fall technology as one of the miner,transport and hydraulic support. And equipment with a fast,safe and reliable technology in fully mechanized face mining is explored,so there will be a solid foundation to achieve high and stable yield for steep thin coal-seam.
