基于聚类分析的危险货物道路运输企业安全评价方法研究

Research on Safety Assessment Method of Dangerous Goods Road Transportation Enterprises Based on Clustering Analysis

为提高运输管理部门对危险货物道路运输企业的管理效率,提出利用离差平方和聚类方法将某范围内的所有危险货物道路运输企业按照安全等级的不同进行分类。从企业"意识政策-硬件管理"的纵向角度选取评价指标,基于此指标体系运用系统聚类法对某地区所有危险货物运输企业进行安全等级评价;结合这些企业近年来出现安全事故的实际情况进行深入分析。结果显示,聚类分析方法能准确将企业按照安全等级的不同进行分类,对运输部门的管理工作具有重要指导意义。

In order to improve the transportation department management efficiency of dangerous goods road transportation enterprises , Ward′s and method , one of the clustering methods , is used to classify all the enterprises according to different security levels in one area .First, the safety assessment index system is determined from the longitudinal angel of “safety awareness and hardware management”.Then, based on the index system , the safety assessment of all the dangerous goods road transport enterprises in one area is performed by the method of system clustering analysis .Finally , the real situations are deeply analyzed combined with the accidents of these enterprises which happened in recent years .The results show that the clustering analysis method can accurately classify all the enterprises according to different security levels , which has the guide meaning for the management of transportation departments .
