改性石灰岩矿粉中消石灰掺量的检验方法

Research on Test Method of Lime Dosage of Modified Limestone Powder

借鉴公路工程EDTA测定石灰稳定土中石灰剂量的原理,针对掺加消石灰粉改性的石灰岩矿粉,提出一种适合检验其中消石灰掺量的修正方法。通过化学分析与计算确定,采用该方法检测改性石灰岩矿粉中的消石灰掺量时,试验代表性取样100 g,加入600 m L的氯化铵标准溶液才能将消石灰粉中的钙离子全部溶出。消石灰掺量的检测结果宜按矿料中消石灰的质量分数计算,以便控制改性石灰岩矿粉的生产质量。

This paper uses the principle of EDTA titrating lime dosage in the lime stabilized soil of highway engineering and puts forward the modified method which is suitable to test the slaked lime dosage. Through the chemical analysis and calculation, all the calcium ions in the slaked lime can be dissolved by using the representative sample in which 100 g of the slaked lime is mixed with 600 mL of the ammonium chloridestandard solution when the method is adopted to detect the lime dosage of modified limestone powder. The test result of slaked lime dosage should be calculated according to the quality percentage of the slaked lime of the aggregate in order to control the production quality of the modified limestone powder.
